Privacy notice
Account data, optional Google Analytics measurement, and how to contact us about your data.
The data controller is FaberCAM LLC, Delaware, United States.
Your email address and a one-time verification code are processed to sign you in. The account panel displays your license, trial, and download entitlement information.
The sign-in form uses Cloudflare Turnstile verification to reduce automated abuse.
If you consent, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and site usage. The Google tag loads only after consent; URL query parameters are not sent to Google Analytics as the page location. You can change your choice using the cookie preferences button.
The Analytics property is configured to retain event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months; new user activity resets the user data period. Aggregate reports may have different retention rules.
If you submit a FaberCAM Beta Interest List request, we process your email, CNC experience, current software, workflow, workshop country, optional preparation difficulty, consent choices, and timestamps to review and contact you about the request. Existing requests may also contain optional name, role, machine, and evaluation notes from the previous form. The optional product-updates choice is separate and is not used to decide beta access. The request is stored in a dedicated Cloudflare D1 database in the United States. Cloudflare's rate limiter uses your request IP to reduce automated abuse; the application record does not store it. Unconfirmed requests are deleted within 48 hours after submission. Confirmed requests are deleted 12 months after their last status change. You can permanently withdraw and delete the request sooner using the secure deletion link in the confirmation email, or contact privacy@fabercam.com. If you have separately accepted an invitation and been approved for beta access, contact us to request removal of that access too.
