QUALITY APPROACH

A technical simulation layer for visual verification.

The goal is not only to show cutter motion. It is to review operation order, cutting coverage, and the resulting surface in one decision context.

01

Tri-dexel stock model

Stock is processed through a volumetric representation sampled along X, Y, and Z. This produces a readable 3D representation of the machined surface for 2.5D profile, pocket, and drill operations.

02

Cut-footprint-aware resolution

Resolution is not selected from stock size alone: the cutting footprint and smallest active tool diameter are considered. On large stock, compute budget is directed toward the cut region.

03

Progressive multi-pass playback

Z levels and operation transitions are revealed progressively during playback rather than jumping directly to the final surface, making pass order and material removal easier to inspect.

04

Time-aligned tool motion

Playback uses a motion timeline that accounts for acceleration, deceleration, and transitions. Review is based on the temporal operation flow as well as the nominal toolpath.

PRODUCTION SAFETY

Verification boundary

This simulation is for pre-production visual and operational review. Tool, holder, work zero, post, controller, workholding, and motion limits must still be verified on the actual machine or its approved workflow.
